[edit] Policy

The membership policy says that a member's membership expires automatically if they haven't participated in anything in the last year.

We send notice as an e-mail like:

To: 
Subject: expired membership
Date: Thu, 17 Mar 2016 16:58:45 -0600

<Member Name>,

I've marked your membership in Pincher SAR as expired, since there's no record of your participation in the last year. If you're still interested in being part of the group or have been participating and your participation just wasn't record please let me know.

We're always happy to have old members rejoin when that works for them once more. Just get in touch with us.

Thank you for support of search and rescue.
