Here's a template email for following up to inquiries about joining:


It was nice talking with you this evening. Your skills and experience would definitely benefit Pincher SAR. I encourage you to put in a membership application.

Please review the introductory information at:

And then fill out the personnel record form (attached). Email it back to us, or bring it out to one of our events.

We'd like to see you before processing your application, so do try to make it out to one of upcoming events. Our regular meeting and training is the first Tuesday of every months at 19:00 (7pm) at the Pincher Creek Fire Hall.
