Rewrite the overhead job descriptions

  • use SAR teminology instead of LFS (done)* customize the descriptions to how we do our job (done)* make the descriptions clear enough that a person thown into an

overhead job can read it and know what needs to be done (done)* distribute to all search managers* place in overhead files
