Develop terms of reference for the PreplanCommittee

July, 2005 meeting:

The committee discussed developing Terms of Reference for the committee. The points drafted were:

  • all search managers are expected to contribute* the committee establishes Standard Operating Procedures for

operational activities.* it identifies needs for equipment and skills, but does not manager the development of those.* the committee has detailed expertise in search and considers issues refered to it from a technical rather than organizational perspective.These Terms of Reference will be refined and later presented to the board for endorsement.
