00:00 3 min	sign in room intro if different facility assign trivial penalty for those who are late and those who did not sign out the previous day. E.g. being last to the food at lunch. introduce new instructors
	review any issues from previous day's monitor
00:04 14 min	have students work through exams on previous days material resolve any questions
1 min	distribute today's monitor
