Training Committee meetings are held once a month. See here.

The (Co-)Chair of the committee should prepare a brief agenda, run the meeting and record the decisions made.

Recording details of the meeting can be done on the wiki, making the information easy to review by all members. Do so by going to the list of meetings dates. Click on edit. Add the new meeting date and click on save. Then click on the date and fill in the details and save.
