Review the past minutes from any meetings that were adopted by the board
- Make any corrections that were adopted by the board (verified for 2018-03)
- Update the "status" of the minutes to "official" (verified for 2018-03)
Upload any handouts that were distributed at the meeting (verified for 2018-02)
Prepare the minutes (done for 2018-03)
Notify the board that the draft minutes are ready for review (done for 2018-03)
Update the personnel records of any new members that were voted in
- see for instance Celesa Horvath, voted as member of CRG, not yet recorded
