Recent and Upcoming Activities

• Completed Avalanche Training course last weekend in March
• April regular training: Mock Search - Ali
• Shell "blind" mock coming in April. Date in confidential. Will only be told to those that think they may be able to attend during a week day.
• May regular training: SAR Dogs - Cindy
• Wilderness First Aid - May or June - Claus

Challenges

• Not enough Training Committee members
• Unable to run SAR Fundamentals in the spring, postpone to fall - training grant implications
• No training grant for coming year

• Anticipate funding request to make up for lack of grant
