Description

Describe what this training is about.

The ICS 100, sometimes called I-100, course is a short introduction to Incident Command System, a standardized structure organizing people and work responding to an incident.

The Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre (CIFFC) and the Alberta Emergency Management Agency (AEMA) have been collaborating on updating the Incident Command System (ICS) materials for Canada. The 2011 version of ICS 100 including an on-line exam is now available on the AEMA website for at the following link:

The on-line course takes about 3 hours to complete.
