PCSAR is in it's 20th year of operation. Our most experienced members, those that are already Search Managers, are reaching the point of reducing their level of commitment or retiring from their volunteer career. It is time to encourage and develop new members into the senior ranks of response. Hosting a search manager course will allow PCSAR to develop its members while providing our neighbouring SAR groups an opportunity to access this important training.
