To Do
- Create XML of call out list
- use call-out-list-xml
- add call-out-list position number
- split out e-mail addresses
- Process into XML for Rapid Notify lists
- multiple lists by calling parameters e.g. all-SAR Fund
- strip out phone numbers that require human calling
- split into multiple records if more than 3 phone numbers or 1 SMS or 1 e-mail address
- Create PCSAR accounts
- create account for uploading
- create script to upload lists
- login script
- script to erase list contents
- script to add to list
