Motion: John moved, Susanna seconded. that the minutes be adopted as read Carried.

  • Vice President: position remains vacant.
  • Secretary: Nichole elected by acclamation.
  • Treasurer: Fraser elected by acclamation.

Motion:' Susanna moved, John seconded to adjourn at 19:12. Carried.
