Helping Out/Organize camp out

We'd like to try a camp-out (car camping) one evening in August. Would you be willing to help us organize it? Pick a date and a good location, help book it if needed, get the word out, suggest some activities? We can help with the planning but need someone to take the lead. E-mail pcsar@castrov.cuug.ab.ca.
