Rewrite the overhead job descriptions

  • use SAR teminology instead of LFS (done)
  • customize the descriptions to how we do our job (done)
  • make the descriptions clear enough that a person thrown into an overhead job can read it and know what needs to be done (done)
  • distribute to all search managers
  • place in overhead files
