- For each training event
- Before event
- Place description of event on Calendar. Even regular events like the monthly training should have a description. Otherwise attendance is likely to be low.
- After event
- file a description of the training event
- keep record of who attended the event (by passing sign-in sheet to MembershipCoordinator for the Membership Database)
