Funding rationale:
SAR Alberta and the OFC are moving to an expectation of formal training for Team Leaders. PCSAR has a large number of members that have been acting as Team Leaders since before this was a requirement. This course will allow our group to develop the formal Team Leaders and meet SAR Alberta and OFC expectations.
