Rewrite the overhead job descriptions
- use SAR teminology instead of LFS (done)
- customize the descriptions to how we do our job (done)
- make the descriptions clear enough that a person thrown into an overhead job can read it and know what needs to be done (done)
- distribute to all search managers
- place in overhead files
