  • (Administrator for Secretary) record the minutes

After the meetings

  • (Administrator for Secretary) draft the minutes
  • (Administrator for Secretary) if necessary, draft second version for the CRG
  • (Administrator for Secretary) distribute to key people for review
  • (Administrator for Secretary) Add to next board meeting agenda
  • (Board) Review and accept as information as presented or with amendments
  • (Administrator for Secretary) Email draft to members
