  • (Administrator for Secretary) distribute to board for review link=
  • (Administrator for Secretary) Add to next board meeting agenda link=
  • (Board) Review and accept as information as presented or with amendments link=
  • (Administrator for Secretary) Email draft to members link=
  • (Administrator for Secretary) If meeting approved past minutes, make amendments (if any), and mark them as adopted link=
  • (Administrator for Secretary) If meeting created any policies, record them link=
