Our current practice (and this proposed policy) is to always ask other organizations to only use our permanent group Contacts. We don't want other organizations using the personal contact information of our members (President, Administrator). That's because we had several problems before where we've missed important notices and information because they were delivered to outdated contacts.

To support this policy, whenever we fill out forms or provide contact information for our group, we leave blank any fields asking for personal contact information, or fill it in with using our group's permanent contacts instead.
