At the meeting

  • (Administrator for Secretary) record the minutes link=

After the meetings

  • (Administrator for Secretary) draft the minutes
  • (Administrator for Secretary) if necessary, draft second version for the CRG
  • (Administrator for Secretary) distribute to board for review
  • (Administrator for Secretary) Add to next board meeting agenda
  • (Board) Review and accept as information as presented or with amendments
  • (Administrator for Secretary) Email draft to members
  • (Administrator for Secretary) If meeting approved past minutes, make amendments (if any), and mark them as approved
  • (Administrator for Secretary) If meeting created any policies, record them
