At the meeting
- (Administrator for Secretary) record the minutes
 
After the meetings
- (Administrator for Secretary) draft the minutes
 - (Administrator for Secretary) if necessary, draft second version for the CRG
 - (Administrator for Secretary) distribute to board for review
 - (Administrator for Secretary) Add to next board meeting agenda
 - (Board) Review and accept as information as presented or with amendments
 - (Administrator for Secretary) Email draft to members
 - (Administrator for Secretary) If meeting approved past minutes, make amendments (if any), and mark them as approved
 - (Administrator for Secretary) If meeting created any policies, record them
